it's not easy to change the maintenance crew nga most companies making an rink are not here in the Phil.
even in the one that made SM's ice rink)

If you are selling me an ice rink.... THE FIRST THING I WILL ASK YOU is HOW MUCH do I SPEND IN A MONTH to maintain an ice rink

From there I CAN DECIDE If I WILL let YOU BUILD ONE or NOT...

SAme with SM.... you give excuses that maintenance is expensive... SM would PAY for IT if THEY CAN REALLY EARN... EVEN if the maintenance crew came all the WAY FROM U.S.A. but SM CLOSED IT DOWN.... And the reason is plain and simple.... NO MONEY TO BE MADE.... don't tell us that SM ice rink was closed down because of poor maintenance... SM can changed the maintenance crew... BUT AGAIN it depends on the PRICE... And SM must have found the price too high and no income will be generated...

So Expensive or NOT... It boils down how much YOU WILL EARN FROM OPERATING an ICE RINK

As long as you earn more than the cost of an ice rink... That is good

Its like selling bread if the cost to make pandisal is 1 piso.... you sell it for more than 1 piso... if you sell it .50 then you lose money...

Same with the ice rink.... How much you earn per month --- How much it cost to maintain per month = INCOME/LOSS

if its lossing then there is no point to continue....

so i think d cguro kaayo expensive ang maintainance, and my friend told na ila na daw gi statistical studies before cla nag propose..
pretty much affordable ra cguro......
