unsa lain color sa LED notification and their corresponding meaning, boss. still learning this whole thing android and the phone. lack mn kaayo ug info ang Lenovo. daghan kaayo features with all the icons and terms pero wala ta kahibaw unsay use. hehe

aq nahibaw.an kay color purple sa incoming calls/missed calls, blue sa text message, red if ga charge haha ang uban wla nq kbaw unsa mka trigger sa color green ug dark blue lage lack ug info dyud, ang user na mismo ang mo explore hehe

thanks for the help, boss. karon lang ko kabantay pod sa purple led. hehe
anyway, this blue LED keeps on blinking after naa ni-call nako and ako gi-cancel. ako na gi-check sa call logs and all but sige man gihapon ug blink. dili nako kahibaw unsaon pag off ani. hahaha.

anyway, wala ka nagka problema using WIFI connection? gisaput nako ani ky ma-disconnect man ang WIFI everytime the screen goes to sleep. ako na gi-set sa Advanced settings to keep WLAN On during sleep pero the same shit happens. Annoying kaayo kay kada unlock nako sa phone, mu-try napod ug connect ang phone sa WIFI. Ang ending wala jud nahuman ug install ang apps.

not sure ko boss if exactly the same ba tong akong nakit-an sa Audionet SM basta ky nakakita ra ko ug label didto back case for S820.

sa aq kay if mo lock screen na or sleep kay dli man ma disconnect aq wifi.. nag siga ghapon ang wifi signal color blue, basin sa battery settings na nimo, pero dli q sure. ay murag ma putol sad diay sa aq haha pero wla ra q na bothered nuon

e try daw check imo messages, e search ang message na wla pa nabasa basin naa sa pinaka ilawm, scroll down till makit.an hehe nya e open basin mawala na ang cge led notify na blue, pero sa home screen kay wlay number na notifications sa kilid sa message icon?

regarding sa led notification for messages, wala man number sa message icon. kabantay ko sa call icon naa. naa jud diay unread message sa viber. tsk.tsk.tsk. too bad wala man icon for unread messages or ako lang wala kabantay. hehehe

gi-unsa nimo pag set, bro nga mutingog ang message alert tone sa imong s820?

enabling cell broadcast as suggested by others didn't work for me.

Okay, for those whose message (SMS) ringtone is not working, here's a quick tip. Finally, I found the solution but not after a near heart attack

First - Go to Setting >> All Settings >> Apps

Then, in the Apps screen, slide your screen all the way to the right until you are in the "ALL" tab.

Next, slide downwards on the applications list and find the ContactManager. Tap or select it.

In the App Info screen of the ContactManager be sure to check that the "SHOW NOTIFICATIONS" option is enabled. (There should be a check mark beside it )

That's it. Your message tone and status bar notification should be all well now.

Official KitKat update for Lenovo S820 is now released. I think it was available just yesterday.

wow nice, nag dload ko karon sa update abi nq wla na pag-asa ang kitkat sa s820 heheh
