The tunnel is nice but I read somewhere that underground tunnels are really very expensive -- expect it to be billions of dollars. Samot kalubong ta sa utang ani and asa kaha ni gipang cut nila ang costs para maka kuha sa mga usual cuts ang mga buaya.

Agree tunnel is not cheap to maintain. Think of the water pumps, Exhaust and blowers, Lighting, communication system. the longger your tunnel the more you need of this things. Just to add its underwater.
