It would really depend on how you intend to use it... There are dishes that need condense and some that need evap so there's really no preference...
condensed milk mas lami...this is what we usually use for leche flan, mango float, yema etc...yummy!
both serve different purpose...ang condense lng ang lami lanlanon..nya barato pa jud![]()
i like evap....in fact imnon gani na nako usahay wahahaha
depende kung asa gamiton tingale ts....
i use evap for halohalo, but for frozen desserts, condensed milk man ang gamiton
