"You'll only understand them until you become one of them."

    Lols

In the past, I must admit I had some opinions about the agents
which I rather keep to myself basing from the things I've seen
and from the stories I've been told by my agent-friends. I even
swore myself not to go into this industry because I don't want
to be branded as "one of them" lols..

Out of sheer boredom, I needed a good challenge from my
comfort zone that I applied as one... Luckily, I got in..
There are some points that I am right about my perceptions
but this only speaks for some hehehe... However a good
realization from the whole stressful but fun training experience
is that these agents EARNED MY RESPECT... BIGTIME!

It may be an easy job and good money but now I understand
why this industry is well-compensated because the job description
is not a joke lols! Dili diay lalim ui... Mag cge mi ingon sa amo
kauban sa training, "Good luck nalang nato ani..sa ka lisod lols"
However these challenges have made us learn to love our job
and the perks are definitely amazing

As for the EOP even outside the work premises, funny because this
happened to me before. It's a strict policy to speak the language even
in the lounge, elevators or in the premises as a way of getting used to
it since that's part of our work... Funny Lang k sa sige inenglis, ultimo
sa taxi makalimot ka na sige inenglis sa imo kauban, same goes for
them... Magkatawa nalang mi k Moana daun mi,

"Taymsa! nanong cge man ta inenglis ui! Wala Naman ta sa work! Hahaha!"

di jud malikayan lols... Nabiktima jud

So to all the agents, I know how you feel na hehehe... Simply I got schooled!

Dont get me wrong, I have good friends nag work ug call center and im sad sa ako na observe. A lot of people working ani na industry doesnt really show a responsible personality. Even sa lending namo na business, mostly sa mga mang lend tga CC. ig bonus dagko kaau sulod ATM. two weeks later mangutang na.
agree ko nimo @vmanigos. another thing also kasagaran short term lang ang contract, renewable base sa performance and you know offshore companies are making sure nga performing ang ila mga tawo. then kani pod mga call center, bpo's and other industries nga naga-outsource sa ilang operations diri, magamay man modako they can well afford to shutdown anytime their operations if they find it nga lossing na.

so it's more on the reliability sa loan account, if magpahulam ang mga lending they are taking risk but at the same time ila na gi-make sure nga minimal ra pod ang impact sa ila operations. unsaon na lang ug significant portion sa ila loan portfolio naa sa ani nga very volatile industry, yabo 'tawon sila. example, look what happened sa mga lending companies nga dako ug exposure sa one of the locators sa mactan export processing zone (between 2009 or 2010), katong gagmay nga lending sirado gyud.

tanan nga mangutang naa ang "INTENTION TO PAY" and for that nga mahimong beyond sa "INTENTION" required nga naa pod "MONEY" ang borrower ug "WILLING" pod mobayad. kay naa pod borrower naa "MONEY" pero "NOT WILLING" mobayad he he labi na kung ang giutang gigamit lang para pamalit sa sales sa mga malls or non-necessity nga items, another pa kanang ginatawag nga "LIFESTYLE" kuno he he he na hastang sakita gyud.

suggestion nako sa mga potential borrowers, kita tanan potential man, make sure nga maayo ato credit standing, kay naga-check pod baya na ang mga lending companies. with the current technology it will not take a lot of efforts para sa mga lending companies to check ang ato credit status.

anyway @vmanigos unsa inyo gigamit nga software sa inyo lending business?
