he had already passed the examination given by DepEd that gave him an equivalent to that of a high school diploma holder. in short, he is qualified to enroll in college.

i think Manny made the right decision. earn the degree before 2013 and ran for mayor or governor on that year. he is more fitted to an executive position rather a legislative one. that time too, i think he will be done with boxing.

we have known manny pacquiao as a boxer so we think that pursuing a degree is an insane decision. in fact its a personal choice. though he made a terrible mistake of running for a congressional seat, at least this time, he's making something right.
