Yes, that's true. But that does not mean na ok ang pinaka barato ipakaon sa mga iro. Price does not necessarily equate to high quality, but that does not mean we have to give the cheapest. There is a big difference man siguro between Woof Chunx premium and Breeder's choice. According to many vets I spoke to, they strongly discouraged it (Those dogfood manufactured by Ampro including S and R). We are talking about the long term effect.

it doesnt matter man kung unsa na dogfood imo ihatag...as long as hiyang sa imo iro...i used to buy expensive dogfood before pra sa akong black lab...eukanuba na dogfood mahal kaau pero wa ni uyon akong lab...bati og coat..i switch to vitality na dogfood cheaper pa sa eukanuba...ni nindot ang cota sinaw kaau nya gana kaau mukaon...ok kaau ang stool sa akong iro...

I hear fewer compliments about Bow Wow and much more complaints. Maybe your friend does not give pure Bow Wow, and probably mixes it with saw dust, also crossbred dogs are more resilient and less sensitive to the usual ailments that purebreds have. I often hear about the adverse effect of longterm use of extremely cheap dogfoods. Look at the thousands of complaints concerning Ol' Roy in the U.S. That is the equivalent of Bow Wow here. I asked vets from CVD, si Dr. Gorre, Animal Kingdom, Paws and Claws, they tell me the same thing. So if you want that is your choice to play Russian Roulette with your pets' health. Maybe it will work,maybe it won't. True that expensive does not necessarily mean that it's the best. I also don't like Eukanuba's result on my dog. It depends also on the kind of Eukanuba you give. I have a dog who is allergic to Chicken and does well on Vitality compared to Orijen adult which is chicken base. Vitality is not super cheap, it's midrange. It's still acceptable. If you believe that super cheap dogfoods will make your pet healthy. that is your choice. I'm simply echoing what the vets told me and what thousands of grieving owners all over the Philippines said about Breeder's Choice, Bow Wow and company. Some Aspins do well on those cheap dogfoods by the way. Again crossbred and mixbred dogs are more adaptable and less fragile.
