    Mintras dili masakit mas maau makaundang na ako papa. Suwayan lang nya nako og ingon.. Probelema kay naa siya sa gawas run..

    til ur down to having only one.

    Then try not puffing a single
    stick, if you can last a day, move
    on to your second day til before
    you know it, you're cold turkey
    for a long time..

    palit ug e-cig nga high ang nicotine content bro...and work your way down hangtud zero nicotine...nicotine addiction is one of the reasons why people smoke....so masuggest nko e-cigs bro...been a chain smoker for 12 years and pagtry nko aning e-cigarettes, mura rako nag-sigarilyo, with the nictotine minus other hazardous chemicals a cigarette would give. So if hard ang self-control to stop cigarette smoking, why not try e-cigarettes then hinay2x na ug naog hangtod zero nicotine juices...malingaw pud ka sa e-cigs like upgrade2x sa parts, no secondhand smoke, etc.

    about 2 months ago, i said that i could never quit smoking. na lisod jud kaayo, ug di ko mabuhi na dili makasmoke sa usa ka adlaw labi na inig dayon ligo, kanang oras na tigritual sa trono hehehe

    then on feb 16, on my girlfriend's birthday, i quit cold turkey.. i didn't start small and cut down my intake. i quit and just stopped the next morning. no excuses whatsoever. whenever i get the shivers and cravings, i try to imagine myself, my future children and everyone around me dying. as creepy as it sounds, it's hella effective. it scares the crap out of me. a pack of gum/candy in my pocket all the time and drinking a lot of water helped me thru. don't get me wrong, grabe akong ubo2x pag-una, galuya kog maayo, galisod ug kalibang jud, gipaningot kog maayo, i gained a lot of weight, pero kani tanan dili ikabaylo sa akong kalipay karon na nakaundang najud kog sigarilyo.

    pangita lang jud ug inspiration. my inspiration is definitely my girlfriend kay siya jud una niundang ug smoke. wala man ko niya gipressure ug undang dungan niya pero nakahuna2 lang ko, na wala jud kaayohan gidala ang pagsigarilyo sa kalibutan. na gasamot2x lang kos kahugaw sa atong atmosphere. and now, i'm proud to say that i've come from being a chain-smoker of 1 pack a day to becoming a nicotine-free smoke-free healthy woman for 9 weeks now!

    Reha mi niya bro. Kalit ra ko niundang ug smoke kay nasayop ug interpret ang Rad Tech sa ako xray. So nakuyawan kog maayo.. Even after the second and third opinions which rebuffed the first test, wala na ko nibalik ug smoke kay nahadlok na ko..

    Maybe you can fake your dad's xray result..
