wala pa ko kita sad.... pero galibug ko.... nganong "batman begins" man ang title.... wala na lang toy bili ang batman(the first one, ang iyang kontra kay si joker), then batman returns(penguin ang iyang kontra), batman and robin, and batman forever.....

kinsa diay ang antagonist sa batman begins?....

yezzz.. mark hamill would undoubtedly be the best to play joker. he's the one voicing joker in batman the animated series. well, not just batman, he's famous throughout the animated world. also voicing solomon grundy (in justice league), hobgoblin (in spiderman the animated series), joker (justice league, batman animated series) to name a few. plus ... the joker in birds of prey.

by far this is the best batman movie. the worst batman for me was george clooney. van kilmer's was better than him. the only flaw ive found in batman begins is his voice. he sounds like he's lost his voice and trying to force his voice to be heard.

the batmobile being like a tank is understandable since he was just starting.. the transpo was never planned in the first place. wont be surprising if the next batman begins will finally feature it

ya_sui, there are other people who knows batman secret identity. like ra's al ghul and her daughter knows his identity as seen in batman the animated series. not all the time do the comics, animated series and movies sync with each other. in the animated series when he first met ra's al ghul, he never recognized him, while in this movie, he was trained by him.. kinda weird.. he he he

christian bale is perfect as batman... but imho, the movie rates second next to the first batman movie played by keaton... 8.5/10

A beautiful setup for a potential new beginning to a new franchise in
Batman. The training, previously neglected, the trauma of his parent's
death is detailed in the movie very cohesive with the main plot of the
story. The recurring element of fear. Why we fall down? So we can learn how to pick ourselves up again. Reminds me of Sith by the way, where Neeson tells Wayne to
convert his guilt into anger.

Beautiful imagery, what one can expect from Christopher Nolan the
dramatic opening of the swarm of bats graphic matched to a gliding shot
of bushes. Or Wayne finally conquering his fear of the bats inside the
cave.

Very good juxtapousition of images especially when Batman gets a dose
of scarecrowe's poison and I particularly like the exposition in the
beginning his unfortunate childhood and his training with Liam Neeson.
The scene where his parents get it is particularly well done. Very
dark. Pure film noir. But again, what else would you be expecting from
the man behind MEMENTO and INSOMNIA? The last scene gives a hint as to
who the next villain will be. If the next movie is written in the same
way we might get the same temporal displacement of how this next
villain came to be as he alreay IS in Batman Begins.

one of the best batman movies ever.

bale is second to keaton in being the best bastman. and yes, clooney is the worst batman - ever!

nolan's direction is very good. an interesting mix of action, comic book fun and just a dash of drama. the whole environment is back to the good old "dark days" that batman films/comics are known for (which was destroyed in clooney's batman films - daghan ra kaayo colors - bayot ra kaayo dating!).

i love michael caine but the original alfred was better and caine's words aren't pronounced well.

gary oldman was great (although, he would've made a greater villain than just a good cop).

never really liked katie holmes (except in Teaching Mrs Tingle where she did fine) especially during Dawson's Creek days where she looked like a US version of Juday! In this film she was okay. The role would've been better played by someone else.

yeah.. part2 joker is brought down (they don't kill him), prt3 Joker goes on trial and escapes Arkham

I jst don't like how the team of Scarecrow and the third party wasn't fully explained.

Strange, almost everybody liked Keaton as Batman. I actually didn't. Maybe I had different expectations of what Bruce Wayne should look like. And the costume he wore made him look stiff. The Batman I know is very athletic and unencumbered by his suit.

you got a point mdmartian. so far sa tanan bale's best suited for batman. even if there'll be a justice league live action movie (i highly doubt it since it's going to be "very" expensive), a lot of people would like bale to don the batman costume for it.

aljoriz, i think it's understandable why scarecrow's origin wasnt really fully explained as the movie is all about how bruce became batman. the previous batman movies showed the villains' origins because the origin of batman was not considered in the 1st movie.

keaton was ok... but he was too ****ING short to be batman... hehehe

have'nt seen this one yet (kinsay makig-date nako, pm lang, hehe)... but from the
trailers i've seen, bale looks good playing the role... its a different kind of batman...
