are you talking about the slums? don't judge peoples,, kay abi nka puyo ka ug sementado nga balay..leave them alone they envy those nindot ug kahimtang sad dili nah nila kagustuhan. those oil slug you noticed on the shores. those aren't from the oil refinery but from those boats who passed by.. some international ships could secretly be dumping oil waste while anchored, some from bancas, some from those ships cleaning..and some oil slicks are from the mainland either cebu or mandaue...remember all canals drains to the sea..and to be specific the mactan straight.

I think these are not big time companies since big time don't want their reputations blemished. I think these are small timers who focused more on money making irregardless of whomever will suffer.

I said SLUM. Slum is a place not people...Dumb!!! And I am not blaming on people. I am blaming on the government whom I have paid my taxes for them to serve and make their place a better one to leave. Moreover protect them from pollution brought by selfish businessmen whose interest is only for themselves even though that they know it could damage people, property, and reputation.

for oil refinery i know an operator here in cebu one of my mentors sa startup... but they are not located in mandaue.. kanang pa ihi dili na siya sala company sala na sa mga boang2x nga mga employee, the one in opao is just a depot walay refinery nor recycling diha, but remember pud diha lugara naay ubay2x nga smallscale shipyard diha... the slick could be comin from any of those...

now you are not just the one who is paying taxes, even us... and we are bitchin like you did... now before you continue bitchin... show some proof of your claim... simple....2 -3 pictures would do... im pretty sure your phone has a camera...

@mods i suggest to have this thread locked for now until the TS can show some proof... i sense this thread will be going down in flames...
