I have seen a lot of people selling just the unit with replacement crap in buy n sell lately...*cough* pain...*cough* How hard is it to sell the damn BOX, MANUALS, WITH ALL ORIGINAL CONTENT and don't give me that excuse of CHEAPER....SHIPPING COST...so forth and so on...

and regarding blocked IMEI in the U.S. Most of the phone in that list are not stolen.
1. Customer sold phone, made some money and weeks later, calls the carrier and reported it stolen. Customer gets new phone + cash from old phone and the person who bought the phone finds out he/she has an expensive paperweight.
2. Customer jumps ship, ends contract early and does not pay remaining balance
3. Phone got stolen
Anyways...unified blocked IMEIs (there a rumor that it will be a unified GSM worldwide of blocking imei in late 2013/2014) and illegal unlocks are ways for AT&T and a lesser evil Tmobile not to loose money..and consumers are the one who gets F*cked from all that.
