most likely than not.. nurses who are working in the call center industry.. mainly do have 2 reasons why..

1.) low salary for nurses working in the clinical field.. or in the hospital.
2.) there are a lot of nurses who are applying for vacancies to be hired as a nurse..

I cannot blame the population of nurses..knowing for a fact that every year.. PRC give outs around 100k RN.

let's face it.. with the never ending increase of prices.. may it be food or necessities.. you cannot deny that BPO offers a good pay every 15 days.. rather than laboring for a 5-6K salary.

for nurses nga wala ka practice clinically, best option pud ang call center kay dako advantage as a nurse considering nga ma enhance ilang english speaking and listening skills that will give them advantage in taking IELTS, TOEFL and others English test required in US, Can, Aus,NZ and UK. Secondary, mao nay gitawag nga earn while you learn.

Mao ni reason sauna nga if nurse ang applicant, di modawat ang call center kay himoon ug training ground sa mga smart nurses katong wala pa ga retrogration ang US.

so mga nurses, sabayi nalang ug take IELTS para sulit jud naay vacant pa diha hehehehe
