I dont think Cagayan de Oro City can be categorized as small.
Small cities siguro like Tagbilaran, Dumaguete, Surigao, Butuan, Iligan, Malaybalay, Ormoc, Tagum, Panabo, Ozamiz, Tacurong, Valencia.
Of all this cities I vote for Tagbilaran nga gamay pero daghan mall. Bohol quality, marcella, island city mall.

heheh gamay bitaw na gaisano store pero dili mna mall, ang mall is like NVM mall pero gamay gihapon pero at least its a mall with many establishment like sirlitz computers, octagon, smart, penshoppe naay two known food chains at the 1st floor... maomao ra kadako sa colonade mall
