you got it wrong..... right to work law is about an employee having the right to choose if she/he will join the labor union or not...

if the employer can fire anybody at any time... then that would defeat the purpose of contracts that both parties signed.

I don't think ma terminate ang employee kung diri na sa atoa na hitabo. Si bossing pay maningkamot ug retain sa sexy na employee. lol. Labor Code does not state being that being sexy per se is part of the grounds for validly terminating an employee.

......... it is a matter of defination of what " is sexy ".....depends of who you ask......what is too sexy to others is wholesome to me.......just my 2 cents
