FOOOK!!! Ahak, the rates are pretty much the same. At http://www.adventure-windsurfing-boracay.com/ they charge $250 for a biginner's course, FOOOK!! again. Well, atleast you can save $40 compared in www.KSMaui.com, coz they charge $290 for biginners.

Atleast http://www.adventure-windsurfing-boracay.com/ has hourly rentals for the whole equipment, just for $20/hr.

well, if you have the moolah, get a brand new kite and board and you'll get the lesson for free. saves you $250. hehe.

but boracay is a windsport heaven. white sandy beaches, onshore winds, protected lagoon, shallow bay that stretches 200m from the shore and an excellent party scene. hehe

I love water sports and i would like to try kiteboarding as well...I will be in boracay next week Any chance I can get away with just equipment rental? HAHAHA im a quick study, care to teach me online? Ill figure out what to do with the kite when I get there haha

Btw, any chance of catching waves in boracay? Its been years since I was on a board in surigao and I do miss the feel of riding the wave. Nothing like it.

you can search the net for online free kiteboarding lessons. hehe.

i dont think the waves in bora is surfable with a surfboard. you can have fun with wave sailing though. you can jump, loop and do all sorts of tricks there.

but wind in boracay is not good these days. check out www.windguru.cz for the forecast. the best time to be in bora for windsports is during the amihan season

Me and my Fiance were planning a trip to boracay for this summer, but I dont know what happened that we ended up going to Bohol instead LoL. No worries it was still enjoyable.

Well, if you know well enough about Torrents and stuff you can download video lessons online. Go to isohunt website and just type in "kiteboarding" it'll give you some downloadable vidz. That's what I did.

Well, the website that I justed DL'ed is pretty good. It teaches you from how to operate the harnesses to launching your kite.

i met some kite boarder when i was in siargao... it looked to me like a whole lot of fun and a whole lot of work into it.
