i like VMV since its non-comedogenic (di makabugas), it goes on light, and has both UVA and UVB protection

VMV costs about a P1300 for the big size (but it lasts long, too) and is good for both boys and girls (kay di man siya tinted unlike other brands na mo-double as foundation)

we need to use sunblock na karon.. di man because of vanity, but because of health reasons..

di na madala ug payong ang kainit karon..

use sunblock on the face too..it is a very big help.

yup importante jud sunblock...bsan gani sa haus mg sumblock ghapon ko sometimes kay init na kaayo ang panahon ron....
i use Hawaiian Tropic SPF50 for the body and Nivea whitening SPF30 for the face...
