Gikataw-an ko sa mga network admins and IT masters diri... i cant blame them, di man ko IT grad.

Just sharin', i ended up implementing idea #1 sa ako thread - streamlined na noon. Each floor got a separate 100mbps connection na. Been running it for 2 years plus na...If ma-down ang usa ka floor, ako ra i-tap padulong sa laing floor aron modagan temporarily while resolving the issues. ...overall, it's doing great!

Di lang ko sure kung applicable ni sa imong hotel diha TS.
Brand-wise, i'd go with DLink or [B]2wire[/B - para nako, pang heavy usage ni sila.
DLink ako gamit diri. DIY nako tanan including mounting of equipment. And until now, wala pa koy giilisan nga equipment.



Ang advantage sa ako setup is gi-cable-ready jud ang building.
Sa imoha, if dili mo (cat6) cable-ready, try mo og explore ang "mesh network" type.

I'll post some pictures later sa among gi evaluate nga AP. All in one style nga AP best for hotels and resorts jud to.

But for Cisco Aironet? I may not be able to recommend it if ubos ang inyong ceiling sa hotel or resort and if kung naay daghan sagabal sa signal sud sa bedroom.
