    ako amigo nag advise/tudlo nako ani.. at first wala ko nituo pero gi try nako after that nituo na lage ko.. kuyaw kaayo ug result.. sakto jud gi ingon sa google search results.. "small dose, big effect."

    Meditation is holistic relaxation exercises.

    did alarm clock meditation. 20 mins sauna. everyday. dali raman ang meditation if sige practice. ang challenge ani is kung unsaon makaguide ang meditation sa rest sa imo day. kelangan jud sad iapply. minimeditation throughout the day makatabang pod.

    I wish I knew how. I wish I had the patience. I do aromatherapy and I listen to Hawaiian music when I go to bed. That's the extent of my "meditation".

    The healthy body and the maintenance of our body is basically depends upon the food we eat and also the amount of work we are performing with our body. The unrealistic weight loss is not a good practice for the health and also for the body, it leads to various health problems. The proper diet should be followed with out neglecting and the food that we eat must consists of proteins, carbohydrates and all nutrients required for our body. Taking an hour daily for meditation keeps us away from many problems and we will be stable and also healthy. Please produce some more attachment links regarding the various types of meditative practices and the different advantages of it.
