				5 years way increase bro... tsk tsk tsk. murag i know which call center ka, hehehe... been in a call center industry for 6 years and 7 months, i was promoted 4 times but di na jud makaya, kapoy na jud ang callcenter.
based sa experience ko, i tried to learn other stuff other than taking in calls until team handling, i learned wfm, training stuff, ms office, capacity management, reporting and data/business analysis and got some certifications. now i am able to use my leadership, ms excel skills, training classes, decision making and especially my reporting and analysis skills in my current job. i'm earning more than i was being paid before when i was a team manager from legacy e**l*c**e and now st*e*m. hehehe...
try to hone your other skills, try not to limit yourself with a couple of skills, you'll never know when you might need them, and if naay opportunity (like internal hiring) try nimo, wala naman mawawala.
i have agents who went ahead and invested in a desktop and isp, nag-work at home sila, wala pay tax...

				same boat you have brad... and I share your point sad jud.. kapoy nag work ug CC... I don't want to get the notion nga ari nalang jud ko madugta aning pagwork ug call center... to the rest of your life...
There's gotta be a better life out there (aside from working in a graveyard shift 5 days a week)

				so far dri sa ako current company 4 yrs nako...ok ma ang increase....though wala kau incentive..but ang basic ok kau...been with the call center industry for 6 yrs nah
