based on what you said ts, its just a diaper rash. tambal ana is zinc oxide topical cream (like desitin, dermablend[less than 200 pesos]) though lain ug baho ang desitin. mawala rana in 1 to two days unless severe na ang diaper rash kanang deep red and dagko na gyud. just make sure every time soiled na ang diaper ma ilisan dayon ug apply kag cream every diaper change. then from time to time kwaan pud nimog diaper para mahanginan.
