yumeya (ayala access road), ofuku san (country mall), banri (crossroads) are good ones.
nonki (sm) is also good but their service is not so good anymore...

my japanese friend recommends a resto along as fortuna as the most authentic tasting in cebu... ichirikichaya.. not sure of the spelling.
