Generally guys have strong libido when it comes to displaying their sexual intent to females... education is of no importance on the behavior/personality of a person.. if manyakis ka then manyakis jud ka... even if ni graduate pa kag doctorate or Masters degree.

Every person has a degree of lunacy in them... mostly we are bordering in a thin line between what is sane and what is insane...it just takes one twist of the mind to turn a genius person to a totally derange person.. utterly a 360 degrees overturn.

That twist of mind is what every girl should be careful of...

a small spark can cause a fire, just like a small crack can eventually crumble an edifice or a building.

On my take, it would be better for girls to wear clothes in an appropriate manner when the occasion calls for. You can be a slut or a bitch to your bf or husband, all in the proper time and place...

Again, in a society where there is still stereotypes involving girls (wearing slutty clothes) depicted as total sluts or whore.. It is best not to venture to that realm nalang (to girls nga dili sluts or whore).

Again, there is a reason why there are words called 'Decent' and 'Appropriate'... because they are there for a reason.

And.. it doesn't mean you can't do what you wan't to do in wearing things.. but we live in a world and in a society where unwritten rules are coded inherently. Whether we like it or not... we need to follow those rules or else, be scourn for.

To the girls who wears those 'types of clothes'... Give dignity and respect to yourself... and you shall be respected back...
