1. Inhale deep..... then exhale
2. Check first if everybody in your vehicle is okay.
3. Check if the people inside the other car is okay too.
4. If someone is in hurt, call an ambulance
5. Don't move your car and tell the other driver not to move his/her's too
6. Talk calmly with everybody unless the vehicle is on fire
7. Wait for CITOM/LTO to come
8. Prepare your OR, CR and driver's license
9. Check if the other party has his/her driver's license (I don't know if we should be the one to do this)
10. If it's the fault with the other party, let his/her license be kept/held with the CITOM office until everything(e.g. damage) is settled.
11. And lastly, never argue with the enforcer and with the investigator.
