    Since Filipinos in general dislike criticisms, vote popular, have three-hour long variety shows, rely on other country for military protection, I guess we're not going anywhere...

    The Malay language IS part of the Austronesian family language, and it all originated in Formosa.

    The Cebuano language is the product of (1) migration of Austronesians from Formosa (2) evolution of Malayan language and contact of Malayan speakers with people in the Philippines then and of course foreign influence 3rd to 4th century onwards. Maong daghan kaayo ug similar words and vowel constructions between Filipino languages (especially Cebuano) and Malay.

    bisaya is from the location which is visayan... sa akong nahidomdoman sa akong history of visayan culture...
