i'd go first to the store, complain and ask for a replacement... if the replacement isn't working then i'd ask for a refund..

for services, i'm a considerate person, if kaya ihandle lang between me and the sales person, i'd handle it. pero if DMD. cust service..palaban dayun sa akoa nga field...stating this and that violation..hahah!
