Say you are on a call, a customer is frustrated about the service offered by your company, and is mocking you already. What's the best way to pacify the customer's concern and frustration?

Answer: Be calm, empathize, and acknowledge customer's concern. Then, lastly try to explain the situation in a very calm way.
