guys!!5k akong sweldo per 15days unya regular nako for 2years..ang 5k dili pana fixed rate ha,more or less rana depende sa overtime..BEST sila in terms of service but kung sa employee na gani,bati jud.

so that makes it 10k per month..basic, gross or net?

Been there, done that... mas ubos pa ana ako pay while doing the job of a manager(sort of OIC that time). i resigned, didto ra nila gioffer ang higher pay..

depende man na kay murag 8000++ ra man siguro minimum pay karon diri sa cebu. depende na sa imong position usually local companies compensate it with other benefits. 80% of local companies are paying their employees the same manner.

So if you aim big salaries, look for publicly listed corporations or foreign based companies. For sure, they will pay you way above the minimum level.
