for me, Teambuilding and going to far out places is a welcome refreshment jud..

imagina.. for most of the weekdays (or weekends) mag atubang lang ka permi sa imong pc ug headset and taking calls always and staring on the same four walls sa imong office or cubicle.... picture that 28 days a month or so??

Going out in a far flung paradise or places for Teambuilding purposes is a welcome sight to most call center agents.... Mao ra na time nga makakita pud ka sa mga beauty anang mga places (that not all people can go to because of money constraints or unsa)

@TS.. welcome it and cherish it if mag Teambuilding mo sa layo... kay sa gikaingon ko pa... NOT ALL PEOPLE can go to those places w/o spending so much money (kay ang company man ang nagasto ninyo mostly, ang inyo nalang kay ang pocket money inyong dad.on or gamay amot amot.)


Its a welcome relief and escape jud for most call center agents to go to far out places that they have (or not have) been before. It is one way to reminisce and commune nature....

AWAY FROM THE EARLY BUSTLES OF EVERYDAY TRAFFIC AND WORKING AND STARING AT THE FOUR CORNERS of your cubicles.

So true. it is very soul destroying sitting at the desk all day. Some nice activities can boost moral and make everybody a bit more motivated.

been with multi-national companies and still is, our team buildings really focuses on team process and one-piece flow sa production and would only last the whole afternoon not that OA overnight, but the purpose is served right..ambot lang kaha nang igat-igat nga team building sa CC kung naa bay nakat-unan to improve team/company production/efficiency...hehe

quality over quantity ra na...hahaha

gamit ni brah kay kamo ra baya sa imong team mag tinabangay kung magkalisod mao na dapat magkaduol jud.. pawa sad sa stress bah.. lain sad kaau didto kas laing team mokuyog na di man mo suod.. hehehehe..

Clearly kaning ilang gitawag ug team building, kaning mga tawhana wala pa ka get-over sa ilang college years.
I personally dislike the culture they are breeding in CCs, though dili pud tanan ha.

if musugot tanan empleyado if unsay mga activities sa team building, if ma enjoy sila, if maka close sila tungod sa ilang gisabutang nga activities.. unsay problema diay ana?

bitaw.. i think man gud, the purpose of having a team building kay para ma improve ang teamwork and teamplay within the team... so, kung mao na ang activities, unsa may ikatabang ana sa teamwork sa team?
