she should've known better . She as a lawyer can't make any bashing or support PUBLICLY against someone nga maoy HEAD sa ilahang profession diha sa pinas maski naa pa ta'y "feedom of expression" .
ato ning sundan nga issue, kong mo prosper ba ni.
Still remember when De Lima was @ the Supreme Court to answer why she defied the TRO issued by SC?
She was such an embarrassment. Her answers were like that of a law student who failed the Bar exam several times, and until now, has not yet passed.
She has a strong will, yet, stupid and nonsense.
Most of the times, I could not "fathom" her reasoning. She's even a laughing stock among lawyers.
And Lacierda? doesn't understand what he's talking about. And arrogant!
Student council indeed!
fitting.. these two made mockery of our constitution, just look at their quotes....
“Between national interest and one’s constitutional rights, which is more important? It’s certainly the interest of the state.” - De Lima
“The President is clear on the separation of powers; he is very, mindful of what this tripartite system of government is. So those who are concerned about the criticisms are only concerned about the form and not the substance. The President knows what is right, what is wrong even if he is not a lawyer. What is legal is not always necessarily right,” - Lacierda
