Around summer 2011 before sila nag-text sa akoa, naa to'y usa ka girl nga nag endorse sa akoang name sa kanang Astoria. I forgot our conversation and I didn't mind it because I want to know unsa ilang gimmick. On that phone interview, I told them nga Married na ko, pero single pa gud.

Then when they texted me, around May-June, ila na ko gi-invite og free dinner, og ganahan unta kaayu ko ato kay naa mi plan ato sauna sa akong GF mo-adto og Manila, sa Royal Concourse daw ang venue.

Good thing, wala kaayu ko time ato and nadayon mi adto Manila sa akong GF by August.

Then around November-December, naa'y nanawag nako balik, inviting me again to this free dinner. Then he asked if I'm married, slip of the tongue, naka-sulti ko nga single, and they told me nga for Married Couples lang daw. Sa Elizabeth Hotel ilang venue ato..

Karon lang na week, akong mom nakadawat og text from Astoria na pud. Sa Cebu City Sports Complex in front of Marriot ang venue.

Thankfully, none of us has attended this free dinner.

Mag entice sila og tao nga free 3 days 2 nights at any hotel sa Palawan or Bangkok..
Layua'g diperensya sa ilang example nga place oi.
IMHO, if free gani, adto ko gawas sa Philippines mo-pili.

dili ni siya scam. astoria is a real hotel. even saw it in boracay last weekend. HOWEVER, ilang marketing methods borderlines on aggression similar to danvil and the like.

they are not the only ones. in fact, tanan hotels that sell time share do this. ma crown ba or ma a.venue. same ra ila approach. they sell you time share if they know you have a credit card.

kamo, if you like to invest in it, it's your call but as what penn & teller showed: after 20yrs what you will have left is a dusty old building vs millions of the same amount in the stock market
