not until the moment you receive their "help" at the expense of someone else, even if you can't see it... that is one of the magics of it... "I don't see how my actions can be considered corruption, i have not stepped on anyone!" not anyone you've seen...

pero dude you said if the person itself is applying for the job is more than good enough to be hired, di na kelangan anang LAKAS2X sa HR di ba? but look at that person applying.. no read no write, sya.. makes your self-confidence wear down pud na di ba? porke kaila sya sa mayor unya daghan pa mas kabalo mu read ug write ug maka comprehend pa sya na noun ang nadawat.. did I forgot to mentioned na nga na renew pa iya kuntrata despite nga daghan ngareklamo sa iya mga co workers because of his no read no write ability? and then he's not even hardworking.. he works smart, smart matulog ba while working. hehe.

di man maiwasan bay basta makita nimo nga murag na alkanse ka in terms sa pagpangitag panginabuhi makaingon man jud ka usahay na murag unfair ang competition.. I dreamed to be on that job also but it was a sad fact nga napildi ko kay dili ko kaila sa mayor..
but anyways, move on na man ko ato.. I already have a new job..
still my question goes on.. is opportunity monopolized? hehehe
Opportunity is not monopolized. Each one of us has an opportunity to succeed whether in Business or Career. We are given Talents and Abilities, we just have to nurture it.
You must persevere. When I was still applying for a Job, I've been rejected or turned down many times but I didn't gave up or lose hope. I didn't rely on Endorsements "Palakasay" I wanted to prove that I can get a job on my own effort.
Also when I started my business, I started small as a freelance businessman then with God's blessing I open a shop and little by little it grew.
I advice you to never give up your dreams. Try harder. Pray harder.

thanks freesoul.. that was wonderful.
