even he himself never got that part where he himself to be heard by the general public as swore himself and accept the duty in office.

bottom line is:
you must have the general public's approval via elections
and you must formally and officially accept the duty---verbally and in signed in document

For FPJ to be proclaimed as true winner should be enough weight to add to bring gma further down her abyss of judgment...along this line, I doubt if the Comelec or anyone will ever do that. Perhaps just a little footnote in the history books, but no official confirmation that FPJ really won.

proclaiming and have someone, who never took office, written in officially in history as among others who ACTUALLY served as president of the Philippines.

it does not take an IQ above 20 to realize that FPJ should NEVER be proclaimed a president.. he never was one. the chance of him proclaimed winner in that election is even remote considering the consequences.

have him sworn in and sign papers just to formalize it
have Vicky Belo overhaul whatever flesh left in him or those worms spared
and be photographed for his official portrait as the 14th president (he may wanted to pose semi hunched forward with hands in his jacket pocket as his trademark heheh)

Then after that, by all means, he can return to his grave happy then let the worms finish off whatever rotten flesh he had left hehehe

i agree.. what's the point and why we shoud claim he didn't serve us naman anyway dibha. so i don't think it's necessary. kana man gali mga naka lingkud diha wala ma gani maka satisfy sa atung need for a president of our country how much more kanang patay na.
