Ken taxi is not the best taxi. Mangingilad ang driver. Dili mo maulaw mga taxi driver, inyo ipakaon sa inyo anak pina-agi sa ilad. Dili inani akong kasuko kung wala ko nimu giilad ken taxi.

details of the incident:
It was raining hard this morning and traffic is heavy along rolling hills causing the passenger jeepneys to be stranded. We decided to take a taxi cab and luckily, with high confidence, got in to a ken taxi. Due to the heavy traffic along rolling hills, i asked the driver to turn left and pass by to pine tree (a.s. Fortuna st.) instead. During the ride along pine tree which is just a walking distance from teletech, i noticed that the meter is at php99 already. I immediately informed the taxi driver about the meter. Then he go in to negotiation. At first, he said we'll just have to agree to getting php15 off the final amount, then made it to php20. I didn't agree yet.

Finally, we arrived at maguikay (near emcor showroom - jeepney stop). Before we made the payment, i immediately called the attention of a mandaue traffic enforcer to help us. Although it was not their (mandaue traffic enforcer) hold, i was asked to get in touch with ltfrb to file a report. Which i will do tomorrow morning.

The taxi driver keeps on saying that there is a problem with the meter. If that would have been the case, then why did he accepted us. Instead, he should have brought the taxi back to the garage and have it checked. If there is a problem with the meter, for whatever reason it is, taxi drivers are not allowed to negotiate the agreed and mandated tariff. And for whatever reason, i deserve to have a receipt where in this case there wasn't any.

To all taxi drivers, you're really taking it all to get more out of what is agreed.

To mr. Fajardo, this will be your saddest christmas and this will be the last time that you can bait your victim. You put dirt on ken taxi's valued reputation.

To Ken taxi, what is it that you're proud of too much when you don't even screen your taxi drivers? What difference do you have to others taxi operators, when in fact there's isn't any.

I had enough of taxi drivers who do overcharging, who do contract, who keeps on using their horns and signal lights even if it's unnecessary just to make the meter run faster than it should. Teletech a.s. Fortuna st. To maguikay is more or less 5 kilometers, i am 100% sure that it should not go over php200.

This will not stop here in istorya. I will post this to wherever website i can post. And i'm serious, i will definitely bring this to LTFRB.

share ko lang, akong dili ganahan sa ubang taxi driver kay bisan nag para pa ka patakan na ka daan bisan wala pa ka nakasakay. naa pud usahay masuko kay wala sila pang sukli sa imung bayad ug dili mo sukli ug sakto. makasaput kaayu ning taxi driver na mag suko-suko kay wala sukli unya mo kalit lang ug kuot sa wallet daghan diay kaayu siya kwarta. unya naa pa jud keep the change na lang. dili na lang jud mo tarung ug storya na pede man unta masinsilyuhan ng kwarta. pero wala man siguro ta mabuhat ani kay bisan mo reklamo ta daku man kapit ang tag-iya ana.
