Nah... The specs are at least 1 year old. It just froze one day and kept on freezing after I logged in or try to run some applications and even on safe mode. So far, the GPU was the cause of that so I got a replacement. Reformatted and reinstalled the Windows. This time it keeps on restarting whenever I install the drivers of the new GPU.

Actually, I'm using my laptop in surfing the web. hehehe I did consider the virus-angle. That's why I've isolated the computer from my network. Tomorrow I'll be changing the mobo of the computer. As for the anti-virus, I got a lot of those programs at hand. hehe Thanks anyways!

Campatibility issue between MOBO and VGA and also try use other brand of memory.

Problem fixed! Somehow there's something wrong with the mobo. Not exactly sure though. But I'll try to check it later for what the cause is. Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

based on my experience with the p4s and p4v asus series, ang iyang bios chipset ang problematic. i don't know with the others...
