as of this time wala na units nabilin sa talisay. pero we have padung ma open na phase 2. right beside lng sa existing nga deca baywalk. mga middle of this year mg open. if interested mo just contact us on our numbers para mahatagan mo priority. thanks. by the way ang 8k is for 25 yrs. pwede sd ma stretch for 30 yrs depende sa age sa applicant
