resources... what do you mean? If you're referring to connectivity, Cebu is at par with other countries in terms of internet connection. Although broadband penetration is just about starting, the growth in wireless connectivity is also beginning and gaining momentum. I just hope the number of wireless hotspots in Cebu can grow faster ...

this is great! lets maintain peace and order and help cebu to become what we dream. i remember a time when i have a training in oracle university in makati when our instructor ask my foreigner classmate why its main branch in the Philippines is located in Cebu and guess what my foreigner classmate answer.

1. they are very comfortable with our peace and order here in cebu.
2. cebu is lesser traffic jams compare to manila in which most foreigner hates.
3. we have lots of resorts that is very near from the city.
4. they like the working attitude of the Bisaya.
5. cebu is in the center part of the Philippines which is a good location for a main-branch.
