- ALPHA PHI OMEGA is already famous . They are one of the worlds destinguished and honored FRATERNITY . Di na pasikat ilaha but tradition .

mao ni ako nahibaw-an..kanang Oblation Run, nagsugod na cya way, way back..wa pa gani cguro natao ang uban dri..
let's start with the naked man with outstretched arms..kana c Oblation ba (hehehe).. ang pasabot ana: "Clothe me with knowledge"
so, unsa man connection ni Oble (short for Oblation) sa pagdagan2 sa mga APO members?
technically, wala...hehehe...
effigy mana c Oble so cya jud ang sundon..kay kung sa Ateneo pa na, dli maghubo ang magdagan2..naka-sutana unta...
the Oblation Run is a protest action done by APO members since the time of Marcos (u know, martial law ug uban pa)...
so everytime the frat members run, it's for a cause..of course, dli nana against Marcos (ngyek!)..but whatever current issues concerning the nation..

mao na cya...it's a protect action cum tradition..

The oblation run in UP is the yearly anticipated event not only in the campus but in the whole Philippines.This year daghan na gyud ang niapil.This is one way of expressing their protest.Running naked inside the campus will surely attract attentions from people.What can you say about it?

That's how unique apo is. It started in UP where being naked was patterned to their naked emblem which means "Clothed me with Knowledge".
