lol i wonder why people always blame it to policemen. A Mall is considered a private place. Security guards tawn ang mag bantay ana kay ang mall magbayad nila dili ang gobyerno. Imagina, kung naay daghang malls itukod ay ko ingna tanan entrance and roving sa police iassign??

they should take advantage of off duty policemen nga naa sa mall dili kay disarmahan sa mga sekyu. these people can respond kung naay emergencies.

^yeah i know that civil right. but since they place those things in entrance doors, you can't do anything but pass in it.
im assuming they will hold you up for questioning and hassle and waste of time if you use your right. magduda pud sila nimo ba. nya kung sa airport tingali ma miss nimo ang flight.

Sa US naa man siguro toy na pass na bill na moallow sa authorities mo xray scan sa vehicles na questionable. daghan kaayo to niprotesta.

pre-9/11 the law would have sided with you and they would have shut down the mall that did this. now everything seems to be against the common citizen.

sa airport gani bai naa gani TSA (transport security agency?) master key na maka unlock ug mga luggage. mao bitaw kita ka ron mga luggage na TSA certified. it means that your luggage can be opened by airport security WITHOUT your participation. they claim it's a convenience since they don't have to call your attention when they need to open your luggage prior to loading.

ok ra ko ana bro kaso lang, that power in philippine cargo? mawala man gani imo jacket sa airport security now we're giving them the convenience of doing so.

If someone wants to commit a crime inside a mall such as shoot someone or bomb something, they can. It's not how many scanners or metal detectors we put, its the efficiency of the people manning those equipments that's important. That bill will only make those businessmen selling those equipments richer, thus filling the pockets of the author of the bill. Just my two cents
