Most likely, succeeding administration doesn't have the same agenda platform as the previous. Noy's clearing the land mines (how fruitful that maybe) isn't gonna cut it, with too much land mines to clear any time sooner he'll realize he's wasted his time digging those old skeleton from the closet and start turning back.

The help in whatever way we can has long started but the frustration is too much to deal with. the result is painstakingly slow that you'd ever wonder if you're still alive when that day ever happens.
