Davide was a Chief Justice who doesnt even know about the law. He swear someone while the incumbent has not yet resigned. He is a politician masquerading as a magistrate.

Until now, Davide cant answer that question why he swear in somebody while the President is still holding office in Malacanang.

I say, Davide should have read the law first. Erap did not resigned. Why would he swear in another person when the incumbent is not resigning.

That is illegal and whether or not I prefer Erap to stay is beside the point. Davide was acting more like a politician than a justice of the Supreme Court.

OK Erap didn't resigned. But kinsa naman ang iyang mga cabinet members and staff? All of them are all gone. They withdraw there support including the PNP and the AFP.
