OUTPOST! if theres one thing that Cebuano Businessmen should know, IS THAT PARKING SPACE IS A LUXURY. not only cebuanos but to anyone who wants to put up a business. thats the reason why Cebu has been very strong in economy because our PARKING SPACE requirements here in cebu is doubled than what is required in the National Building Code.
