definitely si Larry Bird..c reggie is great during clutch time but in terms of ALL TIME best shooter, murag c larry bird jud.

there are other great NBA pure shooters not in the list. one can also divide the list by clutch shooters (those whose shooting percentage wasn't one of the best but made the shots when it counted) and pure shooters (those with not so high scoring averages but had great percentages)

anyway, for clutch outside shooters here's my rankings (at least for those i've actually seen play):

1. Larry Bird
2. Reggie Miller
3. Michael Cooper
4. Michael Jordan
5. George Gervin

There are other pure shooters with better shooting percentages but these guys may be 0-10 going in the last 2 minutes but it the team needs a 3-pointer, i'll give the ball to anyone of them.
