this is really good on promoting a healthy diet. but allow me to disagree on the food that mostly known as bad. a food is not good or bad, its the overall diet that matters. You can have chocolate, ice cream, or whatever you want as long as you still reach your macro and micro nutrient targets. dont get me wrong, im just promoting a diet that consists of moderation and common sense to construct a diet that is both beneficial for health and provides mental and physical satisfaction.

Drink your food and eat your drink...(from health in your hands) that means, chew your food perhaps 10 to 15 times before swallowing and "gargle" your drink before taking it in...

That means, food/drink is thoroughly mixed with saliva -- where the first stage of digestive process takes place - things we learned in elementary science but took for granted...the impact - wait till diabetes sets in..or

Drinking of cold drinks is another "digestive system" killer - the Most of the Chinese prefer to drink hot tea rather than Filipino "iced tea" after meals... cold drinks overload the digestive system - but it just is refreshing - just wonder why all nice and exciting things have a negative consequence...

You should stay away from those food which contain the carbohydrates. Those foods are potatoes, Rice, Pasta and red meat. You should drink fresh juices and do exercise regularly.

Perhaps we can include and innovate fresh veggie juices - carrot juice is commony, mallungay juice is something...drinking the blood of the plant...try it but may need some refinements as there are some properties that is quite strong - mallungay juice can be a potential business - targetting health buffs..
