Better be posted here(needs clarification). I'm still not convinced, sorry, more questions:
1. About the computation you sent above. Let's say, I invest 5K(5K x 5% = 250), does it mean, I always receive the same amount(250) monthly until my term terminates?
2. How long do you allow us to invest in your business?
3. Yes, you mention about "reputations to protect", but how safe is our investment with you? Of course, when I say investment it always imply to the return as well.

Sorry for asking you these, but I just don't want to invest blindly.

1. It's fixed 5% for the investment period. Guaranteed, whether the business gains or not.
2. Initially, it's 6 months. After that, we can discuss renewal and other terms.
3. Simply put, if you don't trust that person or any organization, then don't invest. It's your right to protect your finances. It's my duty to protect the investments entrusted upon me.

We cannot call our money as an investment in this case. It is like; I am lending you a certain amount of money without me expecting any gains/interest after my term terminates. By definition:

Investment. In Finance investment is putting money into something with the expectation of gain, that upon thorough analysis, has a high degree of security of principle, as well as security of return, within an expected period of time.

Unless, that 5% become an interest then, you can call me as an investor of your business. Else, my invested money will be like money in a piggy bank.

What do you mean without gaining anything? As I said, 5% of your investment will be your return per month. In 6 months (which is the period stipulated), your money will gain by 30%.

Thanks for clearing this up. Sorry, at medyo naglibog lang ko. One more thing, what will happen if after 6months dili naka gusto i.renew/extend ang investment for another term, will you return the principal amount invested?

Since this is your well-planned business(I hope so), I assume you already have rules/conditions for an investor to follow. I will be glad if you can PM me or post it here before we engage to your business.
