    @Yangertz01

    I just like to emphasize that the rate is on $ and they'll be working for a US/Canadian hotel/company, nya dili ba nah somehow TIKAS

    Lageh, AT THE CONVENIENCE IN YOUR HOME, but I'm telling you kuwang ra na for the employees. They knew, for the thought nga dako jud sya kay gawas man sa Phil ang employer. Mao ganeh mo.apply para dako ang madawat ON-HAND sa employee/s, wala pay labot ang service fee sa paypal/xoom, charge sa electricity, internet connection, monthly food to consume, and the unsecure work tenure (well, job/work gud ni then every employer should at least assure their employeers dili kay wala ra'y internet connection in a day (absent for 1 day), tigok na/fire out na.. FAET!

    Well, the reason why I stand for this one because I'm also working home-based as a Admin Support Specialist (US Company). Then my starting pay is $400/month (kamo na lang ang compute anah.) Then after 3 months of regularity (YES, naa meh regularity), ni.up among salary for $650/month. Then walay labot among mga incentive uban. WHY WE HAVE THIS KIND OF SALARY AND INCENTIVES? It's because US COMPANY gani. So, expected nga hayahay ka kung mka.work ka ani nga field.

    PERO, before ani karon naka.work ko ug company nga US ghapon pero ang tag.iya naa diri sa CEBU. Sa ODP ( if ka.familiar mo ani nila, good for you) Ug m.share lang ko sa experience. Sus! grabeh naman lang jud katikas! $2/hr pero gihimo lang ug P12,000/month. Nya inighatag pa jud maabtan paka'g 1 week after the pay before ihatag nimo imong sweldo. Then walay klaro ang Payroll. Lugi permi ang employee. Ug labaw sa tanan, ang supervisor nga ng.handle sa mga agents, tikasan, kay we found out nga ang sweldo diay $500/per month. ASA KA ANA?! Kay abi PILIPINO man, ingon anion ra tah...

    Nya kamo APPLICANTS sugot mo ana?! GOOD LUCK again!!!

    Ug usa pa, mind you, dili na sweldo sa jollibee/mcdo, nahog ra na ug PART-TIME/ALLOWANCE kay naay scholarship sila nga gi.work for their student workers. DILI KAHA NA SILA IKIHA ug magbayad below the minimum wage, FULLTIME p jud? ?? pag.sure

    Then, I would also like to suggest, try to review the LABOR CODE, you'll find a lot of relative HR resources there. Mao ra ni tanan. THANK YOU!!!

    Now tell me, does a regular crew sa jollibee or mcdo earn this per day? Do you still want me to calculate the monthly rate? before you post your thoughts, be sure to do the math thing first!
    Dont forget.. While working at Jollibee, you do not have to spend for a decent internet connection or electric consumption in order to work. A plus is that if you work at Jollibee you get a free meal and other benefits.

    Again are you sure of what you are talking about? Mkatawa ra mn ko nimo mam oi... . Kung tinuod mn gani na imo gisulti na naa kay experience working home base, swerte ka kay nka timing ka nga naay hiring and offer nila nga starting $400. But naay ubang owner sa business nga $2/hr ra ang offer kay dli pod kaau ing ana ka hago ang ilang task.. do you get that? now system administrator ka sa US? gamay ra gani na ang $400 pra ana nga position. Now hotel Receptionist is tig tubag ra ka ug calls to answer some queries and do bookings. Now dli tanang tao ambitiosa preha nimo so ma contento ra pod sila anang $2/hr.

    Pila ra mn tawn gasto anang internet connection monthly oi and kaon sa kuryente sa PC kung e compare nimo sa everyday plete nmo pdung kung your working office base, then naa pay mga situation na dli nmo ma control sama anang ma traffic ka or naa ba ron tulis.

    Then lastly, why mn mo refer ka nko ug labor code if you already know what is a home base employee nga nagdawat ra ug outsource project or by client base? Nga home base worker is considered a free lancer and accepted na na nila na wla silay benefits and other company incentives and regarding anang pag ka regular sa work is depende ra na sa imong performance sa imong work, then ang $2/hr is just starting and that could maybe reach until $5/hr in 2-5months.. then you are criticizing those employers nga tikasan kay $2/hr ra ang starting, then what about ang home base employee, dba pwede na sila mka AWOL anytime then wlay habol ang overseas employer? ikaw maoy pag sure! and how sure are you nga tikasan ni ang employer if ikaw mismo dli mo sulod sa position? again as a home base employee, swerte swerte ra jud na mka chamba ka ug tarong na employer. How sure are you nga kani nga position wlay incentives sa ilang good performance. Ayaw mi e judge sa among posting!

    Good luck to you as well sa imong career!!..

    And while working at jollibee, manakit imong bagtak ug binarog while talking and to hungry customers na gamay lng sayop, kasab-an nka.. if you get 4 hours working shift your free meal is eaither burger steak or reg. yum and fries, if you do 8 hrs your free meal is a chicken and rice... wow! what a meal, then wala pa na labot after sa imong shift kay youll do accounting sa imong halin and if kulang mka tapal pa ka and if closing ka, additional hugas ug tray nga pwerteng daghana and e punch out pa jud ka if OT. Then before ka mo start ug work, as a requirements mo lukat ka ug tanang klase sa certificate except sa death certificate!

    OMG!!!!! why are you guys comparing the hotel receptionist home base job position to jollibee and mcdo crew position?
