HOME REMEDY: TOOTHBRUSHING & GUM MASSAGE with COTTON GAUZE ROLL
PROCEDURE: With a Cotton gauze roll, place one around your PINKY FINGER since mao man na ang pinaka gamay na finger and dali ra masulod sa baby's mouth. Place it so that it won't get loose or lu-ag! You can also tie it with a cord or thread or rubber band at the base so it won't come off while you place it inside baby's mouth. Brush this on the tongue area and gums to massage it!

PROCEDURE: Same with POND's BLACK FACIAL WASH! Place ULING or COAL in a PLASTIC CANISTER and place it in REFRIGERATORS, under the SINKS or in CR's. These will ABSORB bad odors in the area where you put it!

HOME REMEDY: FOR MIGRAINE HEADACHES, SIPON, COUGH & FLU for INHALATION
PROCEDURE: Boil WATER in a DEEP PAN! Get a BLANKET and cover it on YOU and your whole body while you SIT on a chair with the BOILING WATER on your feet in between your LEGS! Open the PAN and add in 5 drops of OIL form WHITE FLOWER or POLAR BEAR! (Ma highly recommended nako ang POLAR BEAR kay BARATO ra and humot gyud kaayo siya! Available at HAPPY HERBS! Ayaw palita sa WATSONS kay mahal kaayo sila ug presyo! Hehhe) When those oils are dropped in the boiling water, inhale it as in inhale gyud ug pag ayu na musulod sa imung LUNGS, SINUSES etc. The HOT AIR and COOLING effect can be felt in your NOSE, SINUS and THROAT and this will clear up that stuffy nose or that MIGRAINE due to sinus problems! If mag tulo imung sipon sa BOILING WATER, ok ra na! If Panington ka, MAAYO! If wala na kay ma feel or masinghutan na HOT STEAM, then you can stop now and relax!

2. Use at least 2-5 leaves, depede sa gi dak-on sa dahon
3. Requires a lying down position, place the leaves on your forehead and on each side of your nose... cheek area, just right below the eyes.. This is best applicable at night ig dayon tulog..
