Yup mu agree ko ani, misleading kaayo ilang promo. Also, you cannot use the said GC with your purchase, you have to purchase another item from their store. Wa man kay mapalit na PHP500 worth didto oi... unless class a nokia charger og as you've mentioned, 2gb na memory card- which is both overpriced.

This GC "Promo" is all over their news ads in CDN every weekend too... semi ilad bya jud.

I dont think it was just this sales staff comptech mentioned, its ALL their sales staff. I know this because I was also given the same explanation by a lady when I called last Sunday and this was the same explanation my friend got when he purchased his Samsung mobile there last month.

Advise lang: Mu butang nalang unta silag disclaimer in fine print in their ads and store collaterals to save them the damage of complaints like these.

I bought my SE K810i @13k+ i think 2yrs ago in this store. naguba ra gud siya after 3months lang.lol

i think na misunderstood lang ni TS ang sign sa cellpod. tingali ingon ato jud ang price nila without the memory card. so what kung 460 lang ang memory cards sa uban. its their store so they can sell it in a higher price.lol other stores are selling it in a much higher price so if you are wise pag canvass usa mo kung asa ang mas lower.
and i think ang reason why dili nila paablihan ang box kay if ang box open na or tampered ang kato sticker2x kay maquestionable ang item. if mag audit or naay mopalit na lain customer pangutan.on jud why abli ang box or why ang sticker nagisi na? bisan ako i would rather ask for a box na dili tampered ang sticker nya anha na jud sa ako atubangan iopen and itest if ok ang item. tingali pa lang ilisan ang pisa or chargers etc.

just use your initiative. would you buy from a single store without researching if ingon ana kamahal or givalue jud nimo imong money? there could be lower prices from other store or some stores might offer better than this one so go and go out. come back if its really worth it.

The point is , dili man entirely ang CELLPOD ang naay problema diri . Its between the TS ( as a consumer ) and the SALES STAFF who gave a not so truthful information and a lousy explanation .

ALong the way , GUBA na ang ngalan na CELLPOD . If kamo ang owner sa CELLPOD what would you do ? How would you feel about the actions of your sales staff ? By the TS ?

By the way , I am in no way connected to CELLPOD . I just find it funny for the TS ngano ni sud siya didto na out of the budget man ang gipangita niya knowingly daan sa gawas pa lang . Akong panglagpas lang , maski naa gyud to 500 PHp discount which makes it 5,300 PHp , I dont think paliton gihapon yo sa TS . Then comes here , di lang kay ikaw but hundreds of others lang na naa gani reklamo s ais aka store .... naa dayon diri himo ug topic THIS and THAT . Kapoy ninyo .

Next time , try to weigh things . Actions speaks louder than words .

For consolation na lang noh ? Go back to that store , act again like a new customer , same gani gihapon ang issues nila then talk to the manager . That way , makita gyud ang katag .

I think ma blame gi hapon ang CELLPOD ani coz in the first place ilaha nang MARKETING STRATEGY ang deception in regards to the so called "500 pesos discount" in which sa tinud anay Gift Cert diay...So ang CELLPOD ang Brains ani nga strategy dle ang tindera. And one of their house rules which is also illegal is to OBLIGED ITS CUSTOMER nga paliton gyud kai na open na ang box....BS!!! ( i bet instruction ghapon ni sa CELLPOD )

The problem with PAHUNGAW is he is making the forums as an outlet and medium into something na sayop pod , What does that make of ISTORYA ? He could have open a thread , ask for consultation on what to do given the scenarios that happened according to him without disclosing any names temporarily . I have encountered a lot of similar scenarios involving A NOT SO PLEASANT / IMPERFECT TRANSACTION na anhi dayon and himo dayon ug thread . That is wrong , face the problem because that is more than talk . That is about your RIGHTS as a CONSUMER and the INTEGRITY of the store as a RETAILER .
