1 Jog/Walk/Run - gud cardio-vascular exercise, burns calories fast... builds ur stamina.
2.Stretching - maintains the balance of your body.. prevents your body from injuries by being flexible and promotes better blood circulation.
3.Weights - not that very heavy weights but just normal, my body can carry.. for toning and strengthening the muscles.

@sugbuana, airbender386 is correct. The healthy way to tone your abdomen or lose love handles is through healthy eating habits [commonly called 'diet'] and exercise like cardio. Do you know your current BMI?
The healthy BMI for girls is 18.5. The Essential body fat for women is between 10-12%. If you are chubby or a little bit fat [no offense meant] and you want to get rid of those love handles or belly fat, you need to lower your entire body fat to tone down your belly.
