    Don't tell about it at all that you got fired. Leave that one out from your application/resume. A background check only checks for criminal record and activities i think. A reference check includes calling previous employers and personal friends. So leave out from your application or when asked any job that you got terminated from cause that's a negative and a prospective employer will not hire you when you have that unless you can explain your side of the story in a constructive way and if they really like to hire you because they like you they'll probably understand. Instead, focus more on those previous jobs you've held where you did not get terminated. A background check does not check for termination. A reference check will do that. They base it on the information you provide anyway. So leave out any undesirable job experiences if you want to be considered for a new job you are interested in.

    its hard when u have only 2 companies to put in to ur resume for work experience...

    mao jud ni ako situation!! forced to resign ko kay wala man ko nakapasar sa 5th month appraisal becoz of my absences... i asked a fren who's still w/ the company to check my records.. ingun xa ang nakabutang daw sa akong record kay terminated... so if mu-apply ko lain na company bati na kaau akong record... kaduha ra gud tawn ko nakatrabaho kay studyante pa lagi ko sa una... hay ambot oi!! libog nako...

    di man sad ko maka-question sa ilang decision gud na i-force resign ko kay tinuod man pod daghan ko absences... malas lang nako wala'y ayo akong supervisor adto na time mao wala ko na-regular...

    plano man gud nako apply ko lain na company para naa pod tawn ko work na... usually mas mu-prefer jud na cla ug w/ experience... pero kung terminated jud ko unsaon pa man nako pag reference sa previous company eeeeeeeehhh mao na na xa resulta sa mga tawng bugoy!! paet!!

    wala ko nag AWOL mam... gitatakan sa estupido nga workforce akong DTR ug no call no show kay wala daw ko nanawag nga mu-absent ko... ako naman toh gi-contest sa ako supe na nanawag jud ko... na2wag pod ko nya gud adto na day na ni-absent ko... ang sayop lang adto 2hrs after nako sa ako shift nakatawag instead of 2hrs before jud unta.. nya malas pa jud kay pag panahon na sa 5th month appraisal para basehan sa regularization, lain na ang supe nako... wala na xa'y paki nako kung wala ko kapasar.. paet!!
