    disciplinahon nato atong kaugalingon, bahala nag gamay ra ta ... mokatap ra na sa uban ...

    tan-awa ang pinoy moadtos laing nasud, nganong mahadlok man sa bala-ud? kay natakdan man sa disciplina sa host country ...

    Because the punishments of that specific law that was violated is also " HUMOK " so di mahadlok ang mo violate .

    Because the laws were not strictly implemented thus it is easily violated.

    Example of which is the Jay Walking Law. There were always signs in downtown and uptown area warning pedestrian of "no jaywalking". However people usually violated them. But when the government implemented penalties, majority adhered to the law. Furthermore, when the government was lax about it in uptown area again, people stopped using skywalks and went back to jay-walking.

    Philippine Law is a suggestion not a law at all...tanawa ra muabot pa ug pila ka tuig ayha maka decision ang korte sa kaso..loslos! pero kung artista na gani ang involved sa akso..karag2x pa! loslos!!!!!

    i agree with this one... it really boils down to discipline we can easily follow/obey rules in other countries but in our own motherland murag relax ra ayo ta dili ta mahadlok mo violate kay mo violate man pud ang tigpatuman sa balaod... toinkz!
